BE-3380. (Note 3 cm plants are very strong) Perhaps the most iconic species of Nepenthes of all time. A black-toothed open jaw sits atop a translucent furry stomach splashed with purple against a nuclear waste green background. The pitcher lid is as monstrously remarkable as the rest of the pitcher - with wild hair-like projections extending upwards. Upper pitchers are a vivid green with even more elongated peristomal claws. This specially selected clone is the easiest of all forms of this species to grow. A highland plant that responds well to high humidity and regular watering.
