Nepenthes maxima is a superb species for a multitude of reasons; it is a vigorous grower, the species is highly collectable due to its variable morphology and colouration, and it grows well under a variety of conditions. This particular clone has been specially selected for displaying extreme undulation in the leaves, the deepest red leaf colouration, and pitchers with a lime-green peristome.
